We accept orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our website. Paula Rallis Home accepts all major credit cards.
Shipping & Delivery
Paula Rallis Home processes orders Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed by 5pm will be shipped the next business day. Keep in mind that the delivery clock starts when in the hands of the carrier and we cannot guarantee delivery times.
All items will be shipped directly from our store in Greenville, SC. Shipping prices are based on the weight of the total items being purchased.If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email Annie@paularallis.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 72 hours from receipt of your order to email a return request to our Assistant Buyer Annie@paularallis.com.
All merchandise can ONLY be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item.
We recommend all returns be sent insured with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost of damaged products. All original boxes must be kept and merchandise unused. If it arrives back to us damaged you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Anything damaged, soiled or altered in any way will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Any custom orders or sale items are Final Sale.
Please note that some of our products are antique vintage pieces, therefore they may have blemishes. These items will not be considered as defective.

When placing an online order we will collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information. If the item is a gift, we will collect information on the recipient so we can correctly fulfill the order. No information is used for marketing purposes unless requested by customer.

When you place orders you will be redirected to the PayPal payment processing website. We use this in order to provide an extra layer of protection. Online policy only
We find one-of-a-kind vintage items to help you create a unique living space. All of these items tend to sell out quickly, however we try to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If you have seen an item on our instagram handle @shoppaularallis but you do not see it available online, feel free to send us a DM or an email inquiring about that specific item.
